i know, i know.

      No te preocupes, I will muster the energy and willpower to relay the past week's culinary experiments and observations very soon (because sitting on my ass, typing on a computer is just so damn hard). I went to Portland for the weekend and attended the Grand Central Baking Book talk at Powell's, which got me thinking about creativity and shortcuts. Will elaborate.
